This show is both an OPEN amateur championships (meaning open to all, amateurs you do not have to qualify as we do not have qualifiers) and a PRO show for 2 divisions. PRO BODYBUILDING, PRO MENS PHYSIQUE.
The WNBF UK look forward to crowning new British champions and awarding the prestigious WNBF pro card to those of exceptional talent from the amateur divisions.
From this event we will invite both an amateur and pro UK team to compete and represent UK at the WNBF World Championships in USA in November 2026
This is a polygraphing event. ALL athletes will be polygraphed.

Show format
STRAIGHT RUN-THROUGH SHOW ON BOTH DAYS. Running order will be decided in June and displayed In welcome packs.
Show Timings
Saturday Show will start at 9.45 am
Sunday Show begins at 9.30am
There will be an interval on both days
This is a polygraphing event - Expect Polygraphs to take place Thursday 1st- Sunday 4th October as we have done every year passed. All polygraphs will take place in Dunstable Leisure Centre next to PAD and Grove Theatre
FRIDAY 2nd OCTOBER for Saturday athletes. SAT 3rd October for Sunday athletes- registration

ALL competitors will be required at athletes checkins. Heights and weights will be clarified. This is where you will receive your competitor number that you will need to gain entry and compete with on show day.
You'll also get a chance to ask some questions during check-ins if necessary.
All athletes will be sent a welcome pack ahead of the show with details of times for registration.
